Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may also take additional time to post the refund.
